Our biggest project to date. The Loblaw BC Perishables Distribution Center is located in the Campbell Heights Business Park in South Surrey, BC. The facility is approximately 422,000 SF in area and consists of freezer, cooler, dry storage and various office areas. This is not your usual off the shelf warehouse. The use of glass, aluminum panel, masonry and landscaping are being used extensively through out the project to create a very unique and pronounced curb appeal. The facility is being constructed to meet LEED certification while providing a new hub for Loblaws in the lower mainland.

The project has been underway since August of 2008, and is expected to be completed October 2009.
