The Greater North Foundation has selected Keller Construction Ltd. to undertake the construction of the new Lacalta Lodge in Lac La Biche and Pleasant Valley Lodge in Athabasca, Alberta. These projects have been designed by Berry Architecture and Associates from Red Deer, Alberta and encompass the latest in Lodge design and amenities to provide an unsurpassed environment for the residents.
Both projects include 60 lodge rooms with complete commercial kitchen and dinning room facilities along with an additional 14 life lease apartments units over an underground parkade structure.
The preconstruction phase is well underway and construction is expected to start in Lac La Biche by early October and the Athabasca project shortly after.
