Keller Construction Ltd. is pleased to announce our first project with Sysco Foods.
This project is a facility expansion/reno, and is located in Winnipeg, MB.
The 2009 Facility Expansion/Reno will consist of:
- Cold Dock is approx 17 000 sq ft
- Office Space is approx 24 000 sq ft
- Freezers expansion is approx 50 250 sq ft
- Cooler expansion is approx 12 753 sq ft
- Dry to Cooler conversion is approx 10 000 sq ft
The construction schedule will be 14 months, beginning in August of 2009. And will progress in phases to meet Sysco operations requirements.
The project value is expected to be $20 million.
